As hardware accelerator comes with board/hardware whereas SW based ROHC requires library. Hardware accelerator are faster than the software as it just writes to the registers and read the outcome from registers. Hence if worried about processing delay the hardware accelerator is preffered.
There are several cases when an eNodeB is configured with different values than its neighbor. Default paging cycle may be one of those parameters. I want to know, in which different scenarios each value of the default paging cycle is used ?
