There are fading profiles related to the speed of the UE like high speed train, etc

There are no mobility / speed UE classes defined in the specs. However the standard (TS 36.304, section 5.2.4.3) defines the so called “mobility states”, that each UE enters depending on the UE’s speed: Normal-mobility state, Medium-mobility state and High mobility state. The criteria for entering the particular mobility state are defined as: the number of cell reselections during a specific time period exceeding particular threshold value. The mobility states are used for applying speed dependent scaling rules for measurements / cell reselections parameters.

Consider 2 UEs is calling 2 other UEs respectively at the same time. If the 2 UEs that are called are in idle mode, and MME sends the paging message to both the UEs tracking area. Then how does MME will handle both the UEs paging messages at the same time???
