There are two things i.e. Paging Frame and Paging Occasion, which are associated with a Paging Message.
Paging Frame tells about the Radio Frame Number and Paging Occasion tells about the sub frame number(s) which would carry paging message. As per my knowledge, sub frame # 0, 4,5 and 9 are used to carry paging messages.
