Pagination in JSP

I am developing a web application using servlets. I need to implement pagination in one of my JSP pages. Is there any free tool available which can do this?

I also need to provide an option download the pages as CSV file. Please help me.

I am using D3 Graphs in my Android Hybrid app. When this app runs in browser the it shows perfect result but when i am setup for android mobile and testing on Emulator then it is not showing graphe and in LogCat it shows this error but this error not arise when this app runs in chrome, firefox

Again question related with QueryHome -
Say user put a url in the question or in the answer and what I want to do is to pick the title of the URL as hyperlink not the url as hyperlink. Any suggestion.
