Yes, you need to configure additional route protocols (need to check ur device) but what is the point of having simultaneous IGP protocols?
do you mean running rip and ospf in same router is useless?
I did not mean that but in one network if you maintain three ways of routing table then what is the problem you are going to solve?
we can get more than one path to a destination
through this we can do load balancing
and also use this path when the best path gets distorted

Yes it can, I've some experience in banking network that in 1 router running RIP and OSPF .

I have a stringent requirement to configure a router at run time to change the route of data for set of IPs automatically not human intervention. And if it is possible then how much time it will take since there is a time constraint for the Data plane.
