When Macro eNB id is included in Global eNB id ?

If I got your query correctly, Macro eNodeB Id is included in global eNodeB id when eNodeB is a macro base station. In case of femtocell, Global eNodeB id carries "Home eNodeB Id" to identify an eNodeb uniquely.

thank you for answering will you tell what is macro base station where we use it ? spec is telling HeNB is 28 bits and  macro eNB is 20bits but my question is first 20 bits of HeNB and Macro Enb is same or not?
