no unused DC subcarrier is defined for the uplink as this would destroy the “single-carrier” property of the uplink transmission (single-carrier characteristics require the transmission of consecutive subcarriers).
WHY there is not resource allocation in carrier aggregation . there is resource allocation only on PCC ? how to debug this issue
