What is requested E-UTRAN authentication info IE and when it is included in Authentication information request?

Authentication-Information-Request message is sent by MME and SGSN both while doing authentication procedure for an UE. Since this message can be triggered by either MME or SGSN, this message has two AVPs named as "Requested E-UTRAN Authentication Info" and "Requested UTRAN/GERAN Authentication Info" and used by MME and SGSN respectively.

in spec 29272 they  mentioned synchronization failure occurs between HSS&MME during resynchronization time if network is eutran it includes requested eutran authentication info plz clarify this
