How does neighbor relationship table (NRT) gets populated/updated at eNodeB ?

we can update the NRT table has fucntions like neighbourAdd or Neighbour Removed or Neighbour Modified.

So all these function will be triggers through these 3 method.
1.Getting neighbour info using X2 Interface
2.Getting neighbour info using UE measurement
3.Getting neighbour info using OAM/Operator controller
4.Getting neighbour info using Network listening mode procedure.
