we can update the NRT table has fucntions like neighbourAdd or Neighbour Removed or Neighbour Modified.
So all these function will be triggers through these 3 method. 1.Getting neighbour info using X2 Interface 2.Getting neighbour info using UE measurement 3.Getting neighbour info using OAM/Operator controller 4.Getting neighbour info using Network listening mode procedure.
On what basis, source eNodeB decides to consider RSRP or RSRQ for neighbor cell power measurement ?
We know, in lte, an eNodeB can connect to multiple MMEs. Can someone please explain in details ? Apart from load balancing, is there any other reason ?
I would like to know the releationship between eNodeB, Cell and Sectors in LTE.
And if we have 2 cells running under same eNodeB, will both cells have different antennas ?
