Controlling the Proxy server via GTP-C

My question is related to the Proxy server IP address configured in the APN settings in the Mobile.

Is it possible to achieve that the Proxy server IP address configured in the MS will not take effect by controlling it via GTP-C message from the GGSN to the SGSN or from PGW to MME (via SGW).

For instance, is there any identifier in the PCO (Protocol Configuration option) container in the create-PDP-context-response or Create-session-response that control and disable/overwrite the proxy server for the attempted data-session. As a result, the mobile will not generate the user-data traffic to the proxy server IP configured on it.
