I think, # of cells within a tracking area should be deployment scenarios. But conceptually, a cell id is represented by using the 28 bits. Maximum 268435455 (2^28 - 1 ) cells can be created.

What will be the impact if I change parameter maxnumRRC (maximum number of RRC) in cell from 150 to 300, although max num of RRC in KPI reach only 73? If no impact then why we can’t set max value of maxnumRRC by default?
