In unconnected lookup, what are the other transformations that can be used in place of that expression transformation?

We can use those transformations where we have Expression Editor Column available.

1) Expression T/F
2) Update Strategy T/F
3) Filter T/F
4) Router T/F
5) Aggregator T/F
6) Rank T/F
7) Transaction Control T/F and many more.....

Just remember wherever we can open Expression Editor.

We can use only rank transformation, agg t/f ans we have to call the unconnected lookup with in the transformation and have to pass input values into it within that transformer
Other than Expression we can call un connected transformation from Update strategy transformation only
