Factless fact is a fact table without measures
It can view the number of occurring events
Example :
A number of accidents occurred in a month.
The no. gives a basic count, and this would not allow for making business intelligence. Hence this is not measurable.
The accidents count is statistical information, and can not be controlled directly.
