Want to know the Enb id to which a UE is connected?

Want to know the Enb id to which a UE is connected. Is it possible to find E-UTRAN Cell Identifier from Global eNodeB Identifier.

Cell id can be find from the SIB1 of the cell at which UE is connected as UE have the valid SIB on which it is attached.

ECGI is combination of PLMN I D and ECI(EUTRAN cell id). So eutran cell id can be find from the eutran cell global id.

After attach procedure shut down enodeb only and again run enodeb then how it will get connect to ue(through which message enb will get ue context).

why eNB sends rrc reconfiguration to connected UE when we add or modify inter frequency for SIB5 on eNB

if ENB requests ue capability through UE capability enquiry message .In UE capability enquiry message enb includes eutra and utra.Now if UE is not supporting eutra how enb will know about this
