Let's two numbers are x & y
x+y=27...................(i)
x-y=3
=>x=3+y.................(ii)
(3+y)+y=27............Put value of x from (ii) into (i)
y=12
x=3+12=15
Then,
x*y=15*12=180
Ans :180

X + Y = 27
X - Y = 3
Then, 2X = 30 , X = 15 , Y = 12

X * Y  =  15 * 12 = 180
