Answer is

3

Solution:
We have to multiply the numbers on the LHS and take the sum of digits of the resulting product to obtain the RHS value.

   33×5=15, and 1+5=6

   2×7=14, and 1+4=5

   3×9=27, and  2+7=9

then,

6x2=12, and 1+2=3
