0.23 minute. Since the two trains are moving in opposite direction the relative speed is found by adding i.e. 39+69=108 kmph. Since time for one length i.e. 414 meter or 0.414 km is required time in hour t=dist/speed = 0.414/39 hour or 0.23 minute.
