51181 could be the answer.

Turn the image upside down, you get the number 805. remove two horizontal sticks from zero and it becomes 8115. then you can keep the two remaining sticks by the side of 8115 and make it 81151 or if you still want a bigger number it becomes 8115 to the power of 11 - 8115^11. If turning the upside-down is not allowed, by the same method as above it can be 51181 or 5118 to the power of 11

Remove upper and lower sticks from the zero in the centre and place one of the sticks in the first digit so that 5 can be converted into 9. The number will now be read as 9118.
