I am a 3G subscriber (pathetic wireless experience), will upgrading to 4G improve the experience i.e. data exchange wud be fast, connection would be stable etc...

Assuming that it is upgraded speed, experience should improve. Recently took a demo of 4G dongle and it was super. Still waiting for the connection...

Yes it should, assuming ur operator does not have any technical/quality issue with the service i.e. outage, non coverage in your area etc.

What is the range of RSRP, RSRQ, RSSI and SINR value to get good data rate and how it is related to eNodeB transmition power ? And how these values are used at UE ?
