Not sure about the question -

After initial cell synchronization process is completed, UE will read master information block which contains important information regarding downlink cell bandwidth, PHICH configuration and System frame number. Then UE can read System information block 1 and System information block 2 to obtain useful information related to cell access, SIB scheduling and radio resource configuration

System information block 2 carries radio resource configuration information which is common for all UEs.

SIB2 information can be divided in following sub categories
1. Random access channel (RACH) related parameters
2. Idle mode paging configurations
3. Uplink physical control channel (PUCCH) and shared channel (PUSCH) configurations
4. Uplink power control and Sounding reference signal configurations
5. Uplink carrier frequency / Bandwidth
6. Cell barring information

Let me know if looking something different.
The ul-CarrierFreq parameter included in SIB2 indicates the UL CC associated with the DL CC. Because this mapping information is delivered through SIB2, this association between Carrier Aggregation (CA) the DL CC and the UL CC is called the SIB2 linkage
i got this info about sib2 linkage i didn't understand this
No idea Gnanendra, May be u can share it on social media so that someone can comment on it.

When an UE switch on, first it synchronizes (PSS and SSS) with cell and start reading system information. My question is what UE does after getting system bandwidth information from MIB ? What is the significance of this for an UE ? Does UE take different actions based on cell bandwidth ?
