In Intra-cell system information will differ or not?

With respect to Intra-cell (oneENB multiple cells), each cell will have different PCI's(physical cell identity).
Whether all cells will have same systeminformation(MIB,SIB) or it will differ? OR It is implementation specific?

Two cells of same eNodeB can broadcast different system information. For example one cell can belong to tracking area "x" while the other one can belong to tracking area "y". In this case, SIB1 itself carrying different information. Other parameters can also be different but I took an example of tracking area code.

Each cell in macro-eNodeB (with multiple cells) individually have MIB/SIB parameters. These parameters may/may not be same. For example... each cell can have same/diff bandwidth/frequency/rach parameters/neighbour cell info in sib4/5/6 etc. So from UE perspective each cell is like one eNodeB(cell) with independent setoff parameters.
