Hi vikram,
zeroCorrelationZoneConfig and Highspeedflag is to specify the cyclic shift intervals to generate 64 PRACH Sequence from a single base sequence. To cover a larger area of a cell for rach then this flag plca a major role. the larger value of this flag will increase cell coverage radius interms of RACH coverage.

As i know about RACH function is, suppose a UE wants to access the network, so first it will try to attach or syncronise with the network. In LTE a separate channel PRACH ( Physical Random Access Channel) is provided for initial access to the network.

The functionality is clear to me that is not a problem but to understand those two procedures i am having a trouble...

What is size and content of RACH first message (Random Access Preamble transmission) by UE to eNodeB.
Also if someone can explain the fields and sizes?
