How can I move my solution to cloud and how do I choose a cloud platform?

for OSS you may need a private cloud which most of the cloud vendor provide these days in which AWS is most stable one and fairly priced.

How about moving to azure...is there an advantage..I learnt from someone that in case of azure you get access to all the features and functionalities and not just server co location

More or less feature wise azure digital ocean and aws is same. And azure provides you $150/month of credit also for 2 years. But AWS is most stable solution and specially if you are not on AWS then selling a enterprise level solution would be very difficult as many ask for the cloud provider.
