Why No.of bits are not required for Scheduling Request (SR) for UE ?

Without have some bits how can UE send SR?

Hi,

SR configuration will have PUCCH index to send the request. there is no unlimited concept, each UE will have different SR index to send request. But SR request will not have any data , it is just notification to ENB saying that it need some grant to send BSR.
