Allocation and Retention Priority parameter is stored in HSS at per UE subscription level. For example there are multiple users who want to subscribe the same service and there are different plan to experience different quality of service. In this case even all connections are being served by an APN but due to different subscription level network established bearers for all UEs with differ QoS parameters.

[Subscription-Data ] AVP carries the detail in the Update-Location-Answer message.

In one use case, I observed that MAC is constantly toggling between "in_sync" snd "out_sync" states. So, every-time MAC forwards this indication to L3 (e.g., to RRC first and RRC sending to RRM), it is sending RRC Connection Reconfiguration to that UE with CQI and SR configurations, with exactly same values.
The reason for the behavior at MAC is not yet clear to me. Maybe due to DRX configuration. But, it is sending out of sync indication to L3 as radio link failure is getting detected by MAC for uplink. Although, actually RLF has not happened.
So, my doubt is that L3 to send exactly same copies of RRC Connection Reconfiguration is how justified? As there is a long sequence of RCRs is going on and each message is being sent in around 5-6 seconds interval.

In IMS VoLTE setting of a telecom network, what part/field of which type of packet (SIP, SDP, others...) gives authentic information of MSISDN-IP mapping? From a sample traffic, I need to find out information from control traffic about what IP is assigned to what phone number. In the sample traffic, I see a lot of protocols (SIP, SDP, RTP, DIAMETER, ISUP, ....). I require to find out IPs assigned to phone numbers. I know RTP flows between end devices (phones), but I need to find out IPs before the call is established...

Is it possible when "x" number of UEs connected to the cell and cells operating bandwidth gets changed (reduction/addition both) ?
If dynamic change of bandwidth is supported then what will happen with already connected users in case of reduction of bandwidth ?
