throughput for LTE?

how to calculate throughput in DL and UL in 5CA DL and 2CA UL for different bandwidth;

As per specification, In an ideal situation (when one UE is in system with 64QAM modulation) with 20Mhz cell bandwidth, 300Mbps in down link and 100 Mbps in up link data throughput can be achieved. There are so many factors in the system which derive this throughput. There is a lot dependency on PHY and MAC of eNodeB.
