LTE: Is it possible to change cell's operating bandwidth dynamically?

Is it possible when "x" number of UEs connected to the cell and cells operating bandwidth gets changed (reduction/addition both) ?
If dynamic change of bandwidth is supported then what will happen with already connected users in case of reduction of bandwidth ?

Hi,

Yes it is possible, to make this ENB have to shutdown its operation and release all the UE's then it can change its operating parameter and can accept the UE. meanwhile UE can move to other cell if it is available or else it will be in out of coverage.

Could you please provide reference stating the same ? Thanks in advance.
Hi Jagan
Am using Jio wifi some times i used to notice bandwidth switches bet 5/10/20 MHz while am connected and browsing/downloading. Is there any relevance between my doubt and which was answered by you ,if so how could it effect...such will it release my connection and continue to download after reconnects
@harshitha, there is no reference ,same concept we are using in our ENB, if you switch ENB BW abruptly then UE will get RLF,so release UE wisely  and do the procedure.
@yeshwanth, Yes your download will resume after cell change,in your case it is not BW switch ENB itself will change if you check the cell ID it will be different. BW switch is something same ENB will change its operation BW,but JIO will switch its ENB based on the load, this is what i observed from the log.

I understood the basics of MOCN through which same eNodeB is controlled/used by multiple operators. Is it possible to do on dynamic basis ? if yes then what all things need to be coordinated among operators to make it happen smoothly ?
