Trying to use font-manager, I get:
font-manager:4338 : WARNING **: sqlite3_step failed!
INFO:Finished loading 0 families

and no font ca be displayed!

The behavior of the font viewer is also strange, I cannot view the symbol font. Only square boxes are displayed!

No problems here on an F19 system and on a F20-TC5 system. Assuming you're running this as a regular user..... You can try.

rm -rf ~/.cache/font-manager
and then try again.

Just a thought, but it's possible that the symbol font only contains symbols, and are you trying to view letters as test objects?

e.g. You need a font with normal letters to show a test like "the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog." A symbol-only font would only show characters if you try to type out the symbols. Which could be "!@#$%
^&*()," or the more esoteric ones that you don't see on the qwerty keyboard.

I get this warning on my Fedora-19/KDE laptop, from several applications (acroread is one):

Fontconfig warning: "/etc/fonts/conf.d/50-user.conf", line 14: reading configurations from ~/.fonts.conf is deprecated.

What, if anything, should I do about this?

When I installed virt-manager in Ubuntu, it created a network bridge called virbr0. Now that I have installed virt-manager in Fedora 19, it did not create a network bridge. So how do I create a network bridge? Is virt-manager supposed to create a network bridge?

I installed virt-manager using the following command.

sudo yum install virt-manager

Are there any more rpm packages which I am supposed to install?
