BM-SC uses "MBMS-Access-Indicator" AVP to inform the MBMS-GW about type of access technologies i.e. E-UTRAN or UTRAN, through which MBMS session data shall be broad casted/multi casted.
MME receives "MBMS Session Start Request" from MBMS-GW. This message contains "MBMS service area" . Can someone please explain it ?
How MCE behaves differently when it receives "Time of MBMS Data Transfer" (optional IE) along with "Minimum Time to MBMS Data Transfer" which is mandatory ? What signifies their presence in the MBMS SESSION START REQUEST message ?
