Why this situation happen? Any clue where to look i.e. eNB or UE?

Authentication is a NAs procedure and if it is failing as you said with cause "unknown enb ue s1ap Id" , it means that eNodeB is not sending correct "enb Ue S1ap Id" in Uplink NAS transport message. Please provide more details to narrow down the problem.
