Does X2-AP protocol use pre-defined port or It can use anyone of the available ports ?

How does X2-AP protocol leverage multi stream feature of SCTP protocol for its own functionality ?

Recommanded ports for the X2AP protocol is 36422 over SCTP. Though you can use any port number if sender and receiver of the messages are perfectly in sync. But it is always recommanded to user the specified port in the deployment as the peer would likely to be on the recommanded port and expect the same from other nodes.

As per specification, For the X2-AP protocol, SCTP uses port 36422 . Similarly, for S1-AP protocol, it will 36412.
