What is the difference between MSISDN and MSRN?

I have the following queries.

1. What is the difference between MSISDN and MSRN?
2. What is the significance of these two IE's?

Please anyone explain these two in detail from a real time view.

MSRN i.e. Mobile Station Roaming Number, it a a temporary number assigned to a UE or MSISDN so that call can be routed and identity can be protedted as UE is in the new PLMN.
ISISDN or Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number is a number used to identify a mobile phone number internationally. MSISDN is defined by the E.164 numbering plan and includes a country code and a National Destination Code which identifies the subscriber's operator.

Is MSISDN and MSRN numbers are same ?

I know both have same structure.. But do they have same number too ?

I guess both are given by HLR right ?

No they are different, MSISDN is a global unique and permanent number, where as MRSN is local unique and temporary number (same can be assigned to the other UE later). Though its true that both have same structure.
