Let Arun's prsenet age be x and bhargav's age be y
So x/y=3/4
so, 4x=3y----------------- eq 1

10 years ago,

2(x-10)=(y-10)
which gives, 2x-20=y-10
y=2x-10
put value of y in eq 1
4x=3(2x-10)
which gives,
2x=30,
so x=15 and y= 20

Sum of their present age is 35.

Let present age of Arun is = 3X
and present age of Bhargava = 4X

Then 10 year ago Arun was half of Bhargava in age

(3X - 10) =(1/2)(4X-10)
(3X - 10) =( 2X-5)
X = 5

So present age of Arun is = 3X = 3*5 = 15
and Bhargava is = 4X = 4*5 = 20

Sum of their age = 15+20 = 35
ANSWER = 35
