at eNB there will be CRC eroor as eNB will not be able to decode tha information, which actually not sent by the UE. Also eNB will look for the information as the number of mag3HARQ retx.
After getting handover cmd from source enb , ue will try to perform ho to target enb. ue will drop grant if any after getting ho cmd. After ho completion, ue first try to retransmit the un ack data and then new data to target enb.
